Terms of use: open data, API and MCP server

These terms cover the open data files (CSV and JSON), the English data pages at obrotomierz.pl/en/data/ and the MCP server at https://obrotomierz.pl/mcp. The Polish website and the apps have their own terms, in Polish: obrotomierz.pl/regulamin/.

The data is licensed under CC BY 4.0. You may use, share and adapt it, also commercially, if you credit obrotomierz.pl with a link to the dataset.

Use

The files and the MCP server are free and need no account or key. Please cache responses: the data changes at most once a day. We may limit traffic that overloads the service.

Information, not advice

The data is information, not financial, tax or investment advice. We compile it carefully from official sources and bank websites, but it can be incomplete or out of date. Bank terms change often, and the binding terms are always on the bank or issuer page. The service is provided as is and may change or stop at any time.

Law

Polish law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country are not affected.
