Privacy: open data, API and MCP server

What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. The data files and the MCP server need no account and no key, set no cookies, and do not store requests, tool arguments or conversation content. Each request is answered from the published data files and is not saved by us.

Third parties

The website and the MCP server run on Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as the IP address, time and requested address) to deliver and protect the service, and gives us aggregate traffic statistics without cookies. We do not sell data and do not share it with anyone else.

Retention

We keep no request logs of our own. Cloudflare keeps technical data under its own privacy policy.

Your rights and changes

Under the GDPR you can ask us about any data concerning you and complain to the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych). We will update this page before the data files or the MCP server start to process any other data.
